Excellent, 01/17/2012
I am in total awe of this winemaking aparatus. Not only the unit, but the complete and very detailed instructions. You have not missed one single detail. Never have I received anything so complete. I wanted to make some wine, but did not want buckets and hoses, then after searching the second time I came upon your website. Reviews of the finished product were excellent so I decided....why not? I did not regret a penny spent. I just bottled my first batch last Saturday. Tried a bottle the next day (Pinot Noir).....even without sitting for a while, it was excellent, delicious and even better only about $5.00/bottle. I even thought.....gee when I re-use the bottles I wonder how hard it will be to soak that label off.......well low and behold.....that is in the instructions too, and it just peels right off. It is very nice looking and sits right on the counter in my kitchen. Quite a conversation piece. And, Oh, did I mention.....the wine is very, very good!

rambleings, 02/17/2011
I've made the Pinot Grigio, the Chardonnay,and the Sauvignon Blanc. it doesnt get any easier than this kit. All 3 came out very drinkable, family and friends all enjoyed them! to much i'm afraid, i'm gonna have to make more,,oh darn ;)----david

I'm now a believer, 02/22/2010
When I saw this in the Wine Entusiast, I thought it was interesting. My wife picked up my comments and the system was a Christmas gift. I was impressed evn before using it. The packaging and components are superb, quality all the way. The DVD and printed instructions are detailed, clear, and make the whole process simple. I justt finished corking my first vintage, the merlot. I didn't expect much. I brought my fist merlot from Argentina some 18 years ago, before it became known here so I was skeptical. The wine is far better than I thought possible. It is light, fairly mild, but with very pleasant berry aromas and palate. In a tasting with friends, with 2 other "professional" merlots, it did exceptionally well. My first chardonnay is now fermenting and I will start the cab/shiraz next. Cudos to all, and tha nk you.
